Liability & Responsibilities

  1. Company’s Responsibility
    • We arrange tours with trusted service providers (transport, hotels, activities) but are not liable for their actions, delays, or quality issues beyond our control.
    • While we ensure safety and comfort, participation in activities is at the traveler’s own risk.
  2. Traveler’s Responsibility
    • Travelers must follow local laws, tour instructions, and safety guidelines.
    • Any loss/damage caused to property or disturbance to other travelers due to a traveler’s negligence will be charged to them.
  3. Travel Documents
    • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, travel permits, and visas (if applicable). The company will assist in guidance but is not liable for issues arising from incomplete/incorrect documents.
  4. Health & Fitness
    • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
    • The company will not be liable for health-related incidents unless caused by negligence on our part.
  5. Loss or Theft
    • The company is not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings during the trip.
